 Can March restaurant, Art, Communication and Culture.

 

Our restaurant is the combination/fruit/result of the personal evolution and professional of a family natural from Manacor. It was the year 1925, when its path began at the boarding house Can March. Since then, that business with a gastronomic nature, and with self-taught personalities, in 2000, we took the choice of undertaking a project: Can March restaurant.

Our cuisine is based on the product quality and the use of our creativity for the cooking’s time. By mantaining/ keeping  those reminiscences of the Majorcan cuisine and some world cuisine essences, we are trying to create a self mark inside of the context known as New Majorcan cuisine where the absolute/complete protagonist is the typical seasonal and qualified  product.
